The roasting

Roasting is the industrial processing stage of coffee.

The Saquarema’s coffee roaster, uses an ecological roaster and industrialize only selected Arabica coffee’s grains derived exclusively from Nossa Senhora de Fátima farm.

Certified by BCS Öko Garantie from Germany, ensures that coffee processing is in accordance to organic agriculture norms.

Focusing on an artisanal roasting system, made with small quantities, ensures an always fresh coffee, with intense aroma and distinctive flavor.
