Environmental aspect

The environmental preservation is a priority on Nossa Senhora de Fátima Farm.

The production is developed without pesticides use, on environmentally friendly ways.

Reforestation with Native and fruit trees, Native forest’s fauna and flora preservation, protection of water springs, biological control of plagues, energy rationalization and selective waste collection are constant dedications on the property.

All wastes from coffee beneficiation are blended with sheep, pig and cattle-farming’s waste being transformed into rich compost that will be reincorporated to the soil, adding balance without compromise water sources.

Throughout daily monitored programs and projects, the farm maintains the integrity of ecosystems located inside the property.
